Premium Ideas Middle East boasts access to the latest, internationally world class, automated production equipment across the group with a proven capacity on time and within the customers stringent requirements.
 
This equipment is, located within ultra-secure environments. The quality and accuracy of all products produced are of world-class standards.
 
In addition to providing generic fulfillment functions we also include industry specific functionality to address the unique process and security requirement of packaging of GSM SIM cards, Airtime Vouchers and High Value Product Bundles such as Mobile Phones or software products. This software is fully customizable and can be introduced into most manufacturing environments whether as a “stand-alone” solution or as an integrated segment of a larger solution with full warehousing and distribution functionality as an additional feature.
 
Our, and the Group facilities, have been certified as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliant.
 
With a staff complement in excess of 1000 in Africa and Middle East, we have the capacity to fulfill 400 million SIM kits and 1 billion scratch cards annually.
 
Our in-depth industry knowledge and expertise ensure we are able to provide guidance as to what is possible, practical and cost efficient solution. We have a long established history and pedigree in timeously supply recharge vouchers and value-added services to many countries.

Innovation

Driven by our culture of constant change and innovation, Premium Ideas has been at the forefront of innovation and a key stakeholder in almost every material and innovate change in SIM packaging and distribution in Middle East and Africa.

Continuous R&D has ensured that we have tried, tested and implemented solutions which have gone on to drive change in SIM distribution globally, including certain European markets. Not only do we implement superior and practical solutions, but also solutions that are, for the most part, financially beneficial.

The same culture applies to the group in R&D efforts, which we advised on, and which has resulted in implementing new and innovative scratch card products in the greater Southern Africa regions.

Supply Chain

Premium Ideas has formed a number of strategic alliances with a strong array of business partners at all points of our supply chain, including printers, couriers, SIM card providers and technology (including machinery) suppliers. Many of our key suppliers have dedicated lines and capacity available to us which ultimately enables us to often exceed delivery and quality commitments.

Disaster Recovery

As a Group, we currently provide in excess of 150 million SIM packs per annum across Africa and Middle East and is the exclusive packaging partner to various large Telco's.

To ensure continuity, both in the face of disaster as well as sudden and overwhelming additional demand, the Group has invested in multiple sides to cover all redundancies. This helps mitigate the risk of being an exclusive partner on a specific product range.

IT Infrastructure

Premium Ideas has a custom-built IT infrastructure that is secure, stable, and as flexible as the manufacturing environment that it supports. The manufacturing and warehousing system is supported by two dedicated developers and a team of database, network and office administrative specialists.
